For individual appointments, you can visit Aura in Paota. Group quotations reflect the services, team size, schedule and travel involved. We’ll state the pricing basis, any minimum booking value, travel and early-morning charges, and whether lashes, accessories or touch-ups are included. Please arrange venue access and a suitable space with chairs, a mirror, lighting and power; we’ll confirm the setup before the event.

Can you provide services at my hotel?
We accept on-site hair, makeup and draping enquiries for women in Jodhpur, subject to team availability. Share your venue, dates, guest count and ready-by time. We confirm the artist or team, travel charges, venue access and setup in your quotation.

Can I book more than one day?
Yes. Share the dates, functions, guest numbers and ready-by times for each event in the enquiry. We’ll confirm availability and a quotation for the schedule.
When is my booking confirmed?
We confirm your date, time, services and price with you on WhatsApp. Where an advance is required, your quotation states the amount and terms. Your booking is reserved after the agreed requirements are completed and you receive confirmation from Aura.
How do I pay?
We share payment instructions and any advance required directly on WhatsApp after discussing your booking. We acknowledge your payment and confirm the remaining balance.
What if I need to cancel or change my date?
Contact us as early as possible. Your quotation confirms the cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms before you pay any advance. A replacement date depends on availability.
